i copied 5 toons and only 2 made it here 3 of them failed can u still get the failed ones here?

Try to refresh the character copy page and see if you can recopy. If that doesnt work, you cant do anything about it. Not until theres a toon wipe, and I highly doubt they'll do that, since the xpack is coming real soon, so they need us testing all content.

Also, this is a known issue, the character copy has always been known to have some failed transfers.

It sucks, but at least you got 2 characters through, some people couldnt even get 1 copied.

they can reset the tool without wiping toons off the server.
my advice on helping to prevent failed copies:
never have the game running while copying
copy 1 toon at a time
never hit the refresh or reload button on your browser to see if a copy succeeded or failed, always navigate away from the page or choose the page from your bookmarks again. make sure you wait a few minutes from the time you hit copy to when you return to the page.

note that following these steps are no guarantee that each copy will be successful, however, since i started doing it that way, i've had far fewer failures than i used to have.

note 2, if a character shows as a failed copy, the only way to trying again on that toon is if they reset the tool.
