so its been awhile sense I've joined a pug so today I spent the whole time applying to LFM's to see what has changed if anything. things I've noticed
Party leads getting ultimatives on do this or that or I drop group mid run . followed by said player or players dropping and quest getting completed anyways. (massivheals was not party leader for any said events).( nor was he giving the ulitamatives).
Directing questions to people other than lead. which was akward.
Raids filling up slow on hard and elite difficulties.
Raid healers not listening to voice or raid chat when directed to only heal tank. (VOD) so this other healer had no sp pots and was healing everyone which wasn't needed. he ran out of sp very quickly then only used heal scrolls on tank which is better than nothign so have to give him props for having scrolls on hand . I ended up having to heal entire raid + tank cuz the heal scrolls just werent cutting it but... but... they may have made the difference for us succeeding. we did end up finishign the raid a +3 tome of char dropped a gloves of the glacer and the bracers of glacer all dropped very nice loot run.
things from that raid I hope the other healer learned was to Only do what is told if he/she would of only healed tank run would of gone 100% better.
I remember pugging and divines not carrying heal scrolls so to at least see that shows progress and for that I thank you Orien.
Postive things I found where new people that I just never have grouped with before that show great promise.
most party leads started group with if this is frist time let me know that is a +
most party leads offered to guide me to quest when I told them no. that is a +.
Most party leads if they have never been to quest before said soemthign along the lines of never done this but I ddo wikki'd it so bare with me which is a +.
I would say all in all the Orien pug scene has improved .
