In closed beta I got my point.

bugged in open beta with the new level, no point. Most lvls have no options at all since the +1 skills is now just a an autogrant feat.

related bug:
If you go to lvl, look at feats, but then cancle it.. Then go back, youll have an additional page available each time you cancle and go back. Do it seeral times tell it shows like 5+. After that if you try to lvl, it will cause a client crash.

You should receive an ability score increase at 24.

Just for completeness' sake, this is now bugged on live also.

In game is also broken. I submitted in thr forums (a lot of them) but if the rep on this thread is saying we should be getting it and no one has, there is an obvious disconnect since this was a known issue during beta.

Did some testing myself, if you open a destiny page, spend a point/reset etc. Then open an epic leveller npc and advance a level. It will show 4 pages instead of the bugged two, however if you select a feat and head to page 2, your game will crash at least mine did. I remember a similar bug a while back, i think it is working but hideously broken
