I noticed the percent went from 4/8 to 3/5.

That's ... interesting. Obviously 3% isn't huge, but was that 8% really over-performing enough to warrant a 40% reduction?

Was it surpassing TWF and THF?

Color me curious - I love a good puzzle, and am wondering if things are so tightly tuned that I should be looking at a S&B character for the expansion.

A dev comment in last beta was that the doublestrike bonuses stacked for 8% total for both feats.
