    As much as I'd like my holy greater bane handwraps to stack with my ToD rings, I'd like my icy tunic freezing ice to stack with my henshin mystic d6 fire damage and my rune arm bonus damage more... Even if the save on the tunic is pretty much garbage in epics, it's still a decent piece of gear for both monks and artificers.

    I've looked into this, and it's all one bug.
    (except for things like Dragontouched Smiting/Destruction, which was a design choice to not work with unarmed)
    Basically: Any damage effect added to your attack that is identical to a current damage effect already on a handwrap won't stack. And yes, things like Holy and Holy Burst are adding the same damage effect on hit, it's just that Holy Burst also has an extra damage effect that occurs on critical.
    I spoke with one of our engineers about how it is functioning currently, and why these effects stack on other weapons currently are unable to on handwraps.
    We're looking into a fix for this stacking problem in Update 15.
    This, this, this. The type of communication that does so much more for morale than you realize.

    UPDATE: All bugs have been re-confirmed as of U13 post Patch 1 on live servers. I'll retest and update once Patch 2 lands on live.

    ============================================

    Took the time to test out the current state of affairs with Handwrap bugs. I looked into detail at the Known issue stuff, and tested a few other bits and peices as well to make sure at-least the fixed stuff has stayed fixed.
    Dude, Turbine should be giving you a free VIP subscription for a year for taking the time to test, confirm, and collate this info. AGAIN.

    Seriously.

    Just want to make sure that credit is given where it is due. I got all of that information from Arlathan's thread at http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=362514

    I'm sorry that I didn't make that more clear. I absolutely did not mean to take credit for the hard work that Arlathan did. I'm just happy to be able to repost it where a developer happened to be looking.

    always easy when you have time to troll the forums to find out this information for a dev that also works on a 40+ work week the inforamtion might be there but untill they happen to see it it not there in there eyes. that you found a way to let them know great work this thread proves they care and they also have a stressful job. i deal with this a lot in the navy the bottum always knows what f up and the top to busy to see but until both side see the problem bad words and thoughts are the standard and both sides want to fix the problem.
