Did you do anything AT LOLTHING ALL to fix not F(ix) issues with handwraps currently on live?
I saw a NDA tidbit in closed beta but NOTHING in open beta release notes.

Didn't you get the memo? All "fixes" this time around are in the form of nerfs. A handwrap nerf was attempted, but it didn't cause the necessary amount of rage within the playerbase so it has been pushed back until such a time as it can annoy a sufficient number of players properly.

First Release is Always Nerfs. They must gather all the NerdRage, pack it up into a ball, and then they can be magnanimous about scaling the nerfs back so we receive net nerfs but it isn't as bad as what was first proposed.
At least that's what the Tin Hats have been telling me.

I wish devs would reply to long threads filled with bug descriptions rather then to flame threads.

I've played a monk almost exclusively for the past 2 years, and right now it seems as though monks/wraps have the least amount of bugs as they ever have. There have been many MANY wrap related bugs in the past but they have been thankfully reduced. TBH I dont really notice them much now (compared to the U11 'you need to be facing the XXX to attack' bug that made me throw my keyboard).
I do understand the continued rage though. For a while there it was hard to find the monk lovin in the room.
I fail horribly at politics. And being nice, I'm afraid.
If anyone was offended by my previous post in this thread, I offer an apology, and it is sincere.
Sometimes it seems like you (not a specific you, but our players as a whole) don't realize that just like you, we love this game and care for it a great deal, and do put a lot of effort into fixing these kinds of bugs and issues.
We're putting a lot of love into this game, and feel it's coming out better for it.

I, for one, am looking forward to all the loots for my monk. However, F_O_S, have you guys considered putting in some new named bursting rings into the new content? I know this will cut into ToD loots. But, we probably won’t be aiming for dual ToD sets anyway.
Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
- Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
- Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
- Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
- Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
- Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.
We as players get to speak our minds and vent all the time. Sometimes we go a bit too far. Unfortunately, devs don't often get that same level of freedom most times, but with the amount of stress and pressure you guys are under right now, I'm quite impressed with your level of composure at the moment. There are probably quite a few folks down at Turbine that would love to chime in on some of the hot topics right now. I don't blame anyone for not getting involved on the chance they say something they can't take back. I, for one, am always happy to see someone who doesn't always sugar coat their responses. It feels more natural and honest.

Arti Buffs on HW prevent Ghost Touch from Working.
Arti Buff Corrosive Weapons for instance doesn't stack with Acid on HW
Dragontouched Armor Smiting,Destruction doesn't work with HW
Bane Enhancement Damage on Cannith Crafted HW doesn't apply
Holy on Cannith Crafted HW doesn't apply with ToD Holy Burst

A lil off topic but I mean comon....the diminishing returns on Greensteel Deconstruction? I can GUARAN-Lolthing-T that I will ABSOLUTELY never see a LDS come from deconstructing GS...I see an ocean of Large Gnawed Bones coming back and thats it...

Being nice imo is not being completely real, I would rather have honesty over nice any day.
Being angry about something you care about is VERY REAL though. So I can understand the dev POV especially when naysayers like myself start shaking our fists and lighting the torches.
Not a fan of politics either but a big fan of straight shooters.

Just tell us once and for all that monks have been and always will be horribly OP and the HW Bugs are WAI to provide "Balance" to the class and I'll shutup about it...
