And how we don't want to wait till level 30 to get it. I mean we already pimpslapped the god of the warforged and we'll squash the spider god soon, so why not give us a godzilla raid?

Yes Please.
Let's turn the Destroyer of Worlds into a pinata!
Smrti on Khyber
No thanks.
He's big. He's dumb. He doesnt do much that's cool.
The Tarrasque could easily be replaced by another high level monster in almost any situation and that fight will almost certainly be more entertaining because of it.
Blæh.
Tarrasque is lame
What I want to see is the completion of the Stormreaver storyline, ending in a raid facing that dracolich guy.
I know they are planning a new cool raid, involving a terrasque, where you have to escort the big-T until....
*trollface*
You've just described almost every single raid boss in this game, and some of these bosses are supposed to have genius like intellect yet they fall for the stupid stupid tricks that countless of their high ranking elite warriors have. At least the terraque can literally squish you like a small ant, and its too dumb to be intimidated so it shouldn't be just a whack a mole raid, the raid should be a lot more chaotic than our current ones where people would really need to know what not to do as well as what to do.
I would be in favor of this for a single reason only: Wish. Gotta have one to get rid of the thing. It's not likely it would be propagated to the rest of the game, but at least we could hope.
Meh hes too big we are only going to see an his ankle on screen and you know some cultures have problems with showing off a little ankle.
Crazy fast, nigh-invulnerable monstrosity charging around and tossing stuff down his gullet? Spells reflecting back at the party from his hide? High regeneration?
I'm in! (hopefully not literally lol)
Make it so it destroys buildings and such, creating hazards that way, especially for those around them when it crashes through.
Can we distract it with cows? It is driven by a crazy appetite after all.
Khyber: Runforr 13/6/1 Rog/Ftr/Mnk, Bakup 3/3/1 Mnk/Pal/Rog (TR Pal), Faylah 14 Mnk (TR Mnk), Janthyra 12/7/1 Brb/Rog/Ftr, Ainbthech 20 Sor, Fliethas 18/2 Fvs/Mnk, Unfilled 12/6/2 Mnk/Rgr/Ftr, Arcanemark 10 Wiz "Don't eat us dragon! We're like you, but smaller. And fly worse." - Kobold Crewman on the Heart of Wind
We'll probably have to escort someone away from the Tarrasque.
If the Tarrasque is indeed brought in, most likely it will end up similar to the Spectral Dragon in the Mabar event.
But instead of killing it like the Spectral Dragon (again), we stay alive as long as possible until it gets bored or tired and leaves.
e.g.
You're in a mine that has dug up ancient treasure, but have awoken the Tarrasque as well. Your way out is now blocked. The remaining miners and engineers need time to work an exit for everyone to escape. You and everyone in the mine must stall the Tarrasque until you can make it out of the mine from the newly created exit.
Multiple room structure. Each room the Tarrasque can come in and in x amount of time will bring it collapsing down on everything in said room. Dealing untyped physical damage. Whilst the Tarrasque itself will be swiping and biting throughout (virtual instant kills).
Your job is to attack it and stall it long enough so that everyone survives until the end of a long map, all the whilst surviving against the devastating attacks unleashed from the Tarrasque. Leaving each room too soon means the Tarrasque will follow sooner into the next room, and there's not enough rooms to go through before an exit is created, so some stalling (fighting and healing) is required throughout.
The more rooms that are left once an exit is created, the more/better loot you get.
---
Well, that's how I'd see a Tarrasque event, a running fight for your own lives and some epic 'loots.
Not just another beat down. This time, it's the fight for your lives and loot whilst being a chicken in the face of unstoppable destruction.

Hes ALOT more powerful than you can imagine, translating him to a MMO would be a very bad idea.
Good luck with that raid if it would ever come to pass.
The big meanie has already ended SEVERAL of my epic PnP campaigns in very short order.
He is not the top dog for nothing.
