Improved critical blunt works on animal forms.

With improved crit profile is:
17-20 /x3

tooltip claims it should be:
18-20 /x3 without IC
15-20 /x3 with IC.


Tested in game with a random quarter staff on korthos island.

PS wolf form works at 17-20x2 with IC:blunt
