Monk Unarmed Damage Die modifiers

As near as I can tell.

Improved Martial Arts does function, but the Epic Destiny Enhancements are not adding to the die step. The 3rd tier is telling me I should have gained 1.5(W), but I was 4.5(W) before and after training it all the way up.

Jidz Tet'Ka in earth stance as well as the Garments of Equilibrium each will up me to a full 5(W). If this not meant to stack that's fine but a tool tip warning would be nice.

I think you misunderstood. The garments, bracers, byeshk alchemical handwraps all have the exact same effect. The same dodge effect, exceptional stat bonus, enhancement stat bonus..all those things do not stack for that reason. But different dodge bonuses and exceptional stat bonuses do stack. Different sources of a bonus which their amounts match stack here and there. Water 3/4's +1 ki does stack with the monk capstone and it stacks with the destiny, but the destiny and capstone no longer stack (NDA was lifted so I can say what I had prior to it going open). My passive Ki Gen was 4 when depleted, then it scaled down as my ki approached the maximum standing (water always has been able to push standing ki up to 2x concentration, but it was going higher in the last closed beta...I went afk and came back to 200 or so standing ki.
