fvs wings no longer incrementing in instances.

fvs leap of faith are no longer incrementing every 15 seconds in instances or every 3 seconds in town after all are used in instances. they reset in tavern's and then increment every 3 seconds in town after reset. rest shrines also reset the count.

I can proclaim to having the same issue.

During instances my wings wont replenish, and thus my main mode of mob evasion is hampered!

I assume it's just a bug and not a rogue nerf, so I'm just here reporting it!

Currently in Beta now and my Leap Counter is at 0....

Edit: outside of the counter not functioning, the Epic Ability of leap of faith does nothing (at least on my FvS.) I get the animation, but don't actually leap forward

This is still occuring in latest lama build and do not see this listed in known issues list.

Still having issues with this as well - counter is not replenishing except at taverns and rest shrines.

I also noticed that it doesn't get fixed when you gain the Leap of Faith ability from the Exalted Angel ED. It actually makes me wonder if it's having the Exalted Angel ED that's doing this... anybody having this problem who hasn't taken Exalted Angel?
