The fixes applied to Cannith to handle the new Spell Power system would benefit from some minor tweaks.
These include:
1. the EL on clickies are very high (roughly double what they were).
If you really want clickies to have a high ML, can we get a 'Minimum Minimum Level' on shards so that at least the EL of items will not be ridiculous. ie. give the +15 Clickies EL3, but MML13, so when put on an item it will have an ML of 13 (or more, if the total EL is greater than 7), but it will be possible to give the item other uses (eg. Lore) without putting the ML through the roof.
2. There are three versions (with exact same stats) of most of the element-specific Spell Power shards. The same is true for Universal Spell Power items.
Any chance you could do a quick pass over the recipes and adjust them so we have a range from, say, 15 to +75 (for element-specific) and +10 to +50 for Universal?
3. Basing the 'Implement Bonus' off the weapon +-value again makes for a very high ML on crafted implements for only a very small gain in Spell Power.
eg. You get +15 Spell Power at the expense of adding 10 to the Minimum level of the item. The benefit seems out of proportion with the cost.
Please consider basing the 'Implement Bonus' off the Enchantment Level (EL) of the weapon, NOT the weapon plus (aka the 'Enhancement Bonus')
