I'd guess because of the AC changes, dodge % chance, and PRR mitigation.

Most likely due to the AC changes and Physical Reduction. Doesnt worry me much. I rarely get displacement from a wizzy, so Im not worried, and as a Wizzy I rarely get asked to pass the spell around so, no big deal for me.
