both yesterday and today my gf and I both tried to get get points and got nothing. can't test out certain things without ready access to ddo store why not just drop all the prices on test server ddo store to 0 or 1 like items available in dojo?

It appears that the work on the store messed with receiving Turbine Points from Poincelot. We are investigating the issue.

Once every 24 hours, you may speak with him and he will instruct his lowly retainers to give you the gift of Lamannia-exclusive Turbine Points. As a standard, his retainers will deliver 2000 of these Turbine Points, but this value may change on occasion.

Visit Lord Poincelot in his secluded spot on a ledge, located below the Harbor Bridge and the Airship Showroom.

Please note that these points are only for Lamannia and will not transfer to or affect your live server.

It is a test/preview server. So it is down most of the time until a build to test/preview is made available. So yes, normal. However, considering that the patch this month is supposed to bring many changes, there should be a lamannia update and opening soon. Most likely the beginning or end of next week, or hopefully this weekend.
