    I'm hoping for a dev response on the npc healing amp in there. It seems very arbitrary to give them such a penalty. Why not just make them unhealable? Is it so only hard hitting healers can keep them up? My monk using the AoE lay on hands ability was hitting myself and players for 200+ per heal, but only 20ish on the NPC's making it pointless to attempt to top them off with that ability. A full divine tossing a number of full heals on the NPC's would be effective though. Is this by design?

    It is part of the quest mechanic. Allowing the Dragon Knights to be easily healed would make it too easy to defend the caster.

    Having -90% to healing gives a little bit more flexibility to the quest than immune to healing.

    If that is the case, isn't it kind of a lame trick? I mean, I would like to see some reason why a human can't be healed normally

    For me, this challenge is the bottleneck of the whole Eveningstar challenge system. The wizard resp. ward goes down way too easily, especially if you're playing a class that neither deals maximum damage nor has some decent CC abilities. It should be easier to get a completion here, to match the difficulty of the other challenges.

    Oh and btw, repaired balistas seem to be broken now (thanks to the glorious last 'bug-free' update?), can't 'talk' to them, hence can't fire them.
