I pulled the Puzzle Cap from Shan To Kor. This gives me 1 more skill point per level until I find a better brane box. What do I do with it? BTW - I am building up a Tiohican style trap grrrilla Tempest

That's not how Intelligence items work.

Starting int + tomes + lvl-up-points.

No items, no enhancements, no buffs.
