Need a sorc WF build please

I cant seem to find an up-to-date build with all the doo-dahs. I need it for my younger son he wants to TR back into a Sorc - I don't know much about sorcs - so if it can be a fully generated build with the char builder, that would be awesome.

-He is currently a first life lvl 20 Sorc. (Drow and bit gimped)
-Has access to WF.
-I will use the Stone on him when he hits lvl 8.
