When I was leading lots of Hard LoB runs, the number of divines depended on if it was all channel and who else could scroll heal. Personally I like having an extra Divine around - they can help on trash, kite, heal. If I was leading a mostly pug Normal I would want 2 divines and a bard or arti or 3 divines. Now take someone who is not using an ac tank and has less experience leading LoB and raids in general, and you see where 3 divines makes sense. It is a failsafe and losing 1 dps on Normal or Hard won't matter as LoB has little HP anyway.

As for the lack of LFMs for the raids? I think most have realised that Alchemical weapons only serve a niche purpose and for DPS options making some GS is much higher on the effort:reward ratio. Getting Epic completions is about knowing great players and playing in the US timezone.

Shucks and here I was thinking I might start running LOBs again with you all, you know entice the great players again lol :P
But yeah it depends if you trust the healer(s), heck it ALL depends if you trust each other in the party/raid, its not just LOB raid, it pertains to any quest/raid.

Um, no. Hard only drops T2 spirits, while norm drops both T1 and T2. So ideally, you'd do norm/epic till you got the T1 and T3 you want, and while doing that you might get the T2 you want as well. If not, run hards after to finish it off. Green creations!

10th completion reward has T1 spirits anyway, so run hard for the more likely T2 spirits and more shards.

EDIT: Unless you have no luck with Martial cells...but they are trade-able at least.
