    Default The critical nature of mass heal in the Vision of Destruction Raid

    I was not aware of this but I have been recently brought up to date on how critical it is to have the mass heal spell for the success of this raid. Without mass heal failure of a 4+ year old raid is inevitable. It does not matter the caliber of the players or the strategy the party employs to succeed nor does it even matter how inefficient the spell is in this particular raid setting. Thanks for teaching.

    many people have soloed this raid; none of them used mass heal to do so.
    a tribe called zerg, cannith: healings, oozesniffer, krushinator, oxidize, kwanzaabot, eltonjohnbot
    Solo: tod normal, vod elite, adq2 epic, vod normal at level 18. all with no pots.

    You also can not beat that raid without a Warforged tank.

    Otherwise you get healing cursed and that keels you.

    Have you ever tryed to run it with AC SD/DoS? I think no because boss cannot even hit them(or they reduct most of damage). Trashcleric(that cannot even cast cure when was asked to do it) cannot heal this raid, I swear.

    We have bards that have solo healed this raid.
    If the toon is named after a beer 17 of them are mine & 1 more not named after a beer (the black sheep of the family). Beware there are a few beer imposters out there. Unless the toon has been "Banned From All Guilds" it's a fake Beer_Dude. Fake Beer in your group leaves a nasty taste.

    It's kind of like you must have a fighter or barb for DPS because every LFM states you must. Otherwise you could never complete a quest without one.

    I was in a Shroud normal gorup a few days back..... There were 7 with 2 casters a cleric and the rest melees, the leader took 2 more casters right away.. The cleric drops group after saying..... "Sorry guys there's 4 casters this will fail...."

    Of course it failed

    Nothing supriseses me anymore... Sure less expericenced players have all kinds of ideas.. That's udnerstandable... But some of them are downright crazy....

    It's always nice to learn new things. Don't forget that you will fail HoX without augment summoning.

    Obviously the cleric did the right thing as he/she know those caster is poorly-played/geared. As 4 average caster should ez mode shroud.

    Non Warforged Tanks can do it. We did it on hard last night where I tanked it and got cursed once.
