Hi everybody!

I'm sure some folks have been tooling around with the beta. As those folks know, different types of vision now matter. So, that said, I've been considering different builds for a solo underdark commando that is designed
to make life living hell for the evil denizens of the underdark.

Some things I consider necessities:

1. End Game viability...ok yeah, yeah soloists are jacks of all trades, masters of none, yadda yadda. If the build does not allow for end game play, no matter how imaginative, role-play-oriented, it will eventually become a waste. Need the build to work for some role in end game raids.

2. See in teh dark without an obvious light source. The way I see it, if you're walking around with a light spell or a torch or something, EVERYTHING in the underdark is going to see you coming. Not to sound racist, but more than likely this means either dwarf or drow.

3. effective stealth

4. effective self-healing

5. sound non-mana dependent dps ummmm, effective melee dps or aa archer.

6. trapping and open lock also important

I know somebody out there is going to say the Do'urden build. Ranger 20 tempest, I guess for ddo khopesh or heavy pick, wands for heals. This would work (I think) for the out of doors part of the underdark, but it wont for cities. It is ok for some things, but I'm thinking more special agent than Army Ranger.

Mostly a fun exercise...so have fun!
