Alternate VIP payment option

Just curious. I am an active VIP subscriber with a CC on file. If for some reason I wanted to make my monthly payment via another form for a particular billing cycle, is there an option? thank you

There are a couple of options.

You can change your billing option to PayPal. You can do that by logging into the Account Management website and clicking on the blue Payment Option near the top. If you change it before your next billing date, PayPal will then be the payment option on record and your account will be automatically renewed that way.

You can also buy Game Time Cards at the new DDO Market place at http://store.turbine.com/ddo. You can apply those while your VIP is active and it will push back your current billing date, or you can apply them while you have free Premium access and they will give you the amount of VIP time you purchased.

You can also call Account Support directly with any type of credit card, as long as it has a major credit card logo on it, and do a one time payment. It can be a gift card, a pre-paid card, a debit card, just as long as it has that major credit card logo on it. The phone number and hours of operation are in my signature
