Title Says it all. I feel like starting on a new server so I can learn more on how other servers run their raids (Not saying that Khyber nessecarily runs the raids differently, just that I'd like to see what kinds of strategies you guys use to run something, like perhaps some groups run a different base order in ev6 perhaps). I routinely run most raids on weekends (ToD, Echrono, eVon6, EDQ, VoD, LoB, Shroud, and interested in learning goggles/tiles and ice/water since I usually just do roids in Abbot)
This provides me with experience already gained in most end-game run raids. All I need to do is Cap a toon before I start running these raids on Khyber also.
Right now I have 4 capped toons that I play adequately in the roles expected to be filled by me from my usual group for raids. (Healer, tank, dps, kiter), and given time will be able to re-create this toons on khyber to serve the same functions.
Im looking for a guild that actively raids but wouldn't mind me leveling up a toon before I start raiding with them.

I'd say come check out Ghandalla. There's raids all the time during the week, weekends are heavy into Shrouds, Vod's, Hox's, ToD's, LoB's, etc. Everyone comes out of the woodwork on the weekends.
