    Improved Precise Shot is very strong. You need 19 base dex for it, but with 16 starting and a +2 tome you're pretty close, just throw a level-up in there.

    Human Versatility is a very strong enhancement, as are your Improved Recoveries.

    Generally the point of 12 monk is to get Earth stance 3 and fight in that.

    I'm not sure what you're going for with the Sorcerer level. You only need to splash a caster level if you don't take Mental Toughness to satisfy the AA pre-req, but you did take Mental Toughness. If you still want to splash a caster level, the best option is Wizard to get you another feat.

    Also not sure what you're going for with the Arcane Fluidity enhancements. You can't wear any kind of armor and use 10k stars, and what arcane spells would you want to cast anyway?

    I don't think you took a feat at level 3 when you should have taken 2: a regular feat and a monk philosophy feat.

    Don't take Precision. If you wanted Shintao, there are (marginally) better choices, but you didn't take Shintao anyway.
