    Default On-ship crafting

We should have the capability of crafting on our guild ships. The coolest thing about guild "housing" is that it becomes a hub of guild activity. Crafting killed that.

Agreed 100% This is something I really hope they add in time. The problem is, you have, what, 5 different crafting stations in the hall? I can't see any guild wanting to waste 5 large hookpoints on that. If they could make it all cost only one, maybe 2 hookpoints, then you'd be onto something.

Even just a deconstruction station hookpoint would go a long way. 95% of the time I'm in the crafting hall, it's just to decon between quests. This could save a trip to the crafting hall before the guild ship every hour to refresh buffs. This of course brings me to another minor issue. I can teleport to the crafting hall, then run outside and to the market then to my guild ship. With fast loading times, it's one of the faster teleports to take to get to the guild ship anyway.

I guess what I'm saying is, we're long overdue for a guild ship teleport location... and, NO, TP bought beacons don't count. I don't like teleports costing me real $ per cast and the animation is way to slow anyway. It's getting a bit old teleporting to house P and running to the ship dock or greater teleporting to the restless isles and walking to the ship dock.

So, in short, make a decon station hookpoint and it's long overdue to have the guild ship as a teleport location.

I think a decon altar would be sufficient. I'm guessing the way that the crafting area is set up -- bound altars on the left, unbound altars on the right -- is so that people don't get confused between when they're crafting for themselves (bound) and when they're crafting for others (unbound). Having them on guild airships may lead to complaints about people accidentally making stuff bound that they needed to be unbound, etc., even though it's pretty much all user error.

On the other hand, most of the time running to the crafting hall is just to empty our inventory of junk, and only occasionally is it to craft, so having a decon altar on the ship would be really convenient. And that's what ship buffs are about for the most part.

Try the normal teleport to house K bank. You just need to exit the bank and step into the airship.

And I hope that someday that teleport to the crafting hall throw us into the cannith crafting hall. We need a teleport to house C asap.

I want DDO to be a better game. Those are my personal suggestions on: Ammunition, Archmage, Combat Stances, Deities, Dispel Magic, Epic Destiny Map, Fast Healing, Favor, Favored Enemy, Half-elf Enhancements, Monk Kensai, Monk Stances, Past Life, Potency, Potions, Ranger Spells, Summons, Tiered Loot.

Usually if I'm teleporting just to get to the ship, I'll hit house P and take a short run. It's technically longer than house K bank, but you skip a loading screen so for me it makes it a bit faster overall. If I happen to be deconstructing, then the trip outside of the crafting hall and to the ship either in house K or in the market isn't overly far, but it's still more walking than I'd like when a decon altar is an easy thing to add for a large hookpoint. Then it's just a single trip... which is what I think the guild ship should accomplish. A way to get people together, even if just between quests.

    this is a great idea.

i'd say one hookpoint, one device (that does everything).
or have multiple devices but don't require them to take up hookpoints.
    I'd go for either idea.

Throw a Stone of Change in the guild area of House K as well.

I think it would be good to have the options available, but as several posters have pointed out, I doubt many guilds would go much beyond a deconstruction station.

    Default I'm for it

I'm all for it but given that everything that is crafting related for an air ship is a large hook point don't know that I could make room for 3 large hook points to facilitate it. But for the time being guess I'll just stick to using teleport scrolls.

With regards to the OP, if you're willing to give up the Greensteel crafting altars (or whatever else happens to be in your large hookpoints) to make room for Cannith crafting stations, I'll /sign. There shouldn't be additional hookpoints added to ships to accommodate these new crafting stations.

I wouldn't mind replacing our Stone of Change with a deconstruction station.

Technically, it's already there. It's called Greensteel.
