Default All servers are shown as down for days

Hello, I'm trying to get into the game.
After the launcher starts, all servers just seem to be offline. This has been going on for days.

I've tried opening ports in my router.
Tracert command seem to be working.
Not sure what else to do.

Something is blocking your connection. Either your firewall, router or ISP. The servers definitely have not been down for days.

What IP/domain are you running a traceroute to?

I don't remember which address I used the tracerout to. Which one should I try?

I didn't see anything in the Turbine Support Knowledge Base about all servers being shown as DOWN, and I don't remember any such reports in this forum, but I noticed in your screenshot that you got bulletins in the launcher dated as recent as May 17 and that got me to thinking:

There's something we recommend for people whose launcher just keeps flashing symbols by the server names and its real easy to try in case it helps you.

Try running the launcher in compact mode (click the double down arrow in the middle of the icons in the upper right). It's a shot in the dark but it's really quick and easy to try...

Otherwise, there are a lot of smart people in this forum who can go into a fair depth about connection issues.

mm sadly it didn't help, same thing with the compact mode. I tried looking at the knowledge base aswell, no answer so far. It is indeed a strange error. Thanks for trying to help :3

    Go to http://gls.ddo.com/GLS.DataCenterSer...s=10.67.112.60

It won't display much other than a xml file. More interested as to whether your actually able to resolve to the correct addresses.

If you dont trust the link I've given , which is fine, go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Turbine\Dungeons and Dragons Online\Launcher in there are (or should be) launcher_longnumber.log files open one in note pad and you should see the following (you can delete all the launcher.log files then open ddo and try to log back in then close the laucher to generate a new one)
    Code:
    World status servers: 21/05/2012 15:00:57

Copy and paste(into your browser address bar) from "http to the end of the ip address"

If it wont allow you to open up anything in the window then try the following.

Open up a command window (cmd.exe) and type
    Code:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    followed by
    Code:
    netsh interface ip delete arpcache
Close down the command window and reboot (not really necessary but hey its a PC reboot=good)

    Try again.

    Good luck

    Default Still nothing

I have done the flush and cleared the arpcache, When I copy the server name into the browser, this is what I get...

I was looking around in the log file listed above and noticed at the bottom of the file, the servers were listed as UP and NOT FULL

Not sure why they log correct but do not display correctly

    Default shoot in the black

are you using a friends beta code account?

If that is the case, you see all live servers down as you only have access to the lamm server.

If you not sure, download the lamm server and try out if you have server down there as well.

    Default Codes

I was using my beta code for the Lam server.

I originally installed the beta client and that worked once.

I then installed the regular client and neither work now. I had played DDO previously so I already had an account.

For me i had to open a new forum + sub name for activating the friends key, so i ve now two subs running under one account.

Make sure if its for you the same like for me that you
1: log in with ya account details before beta
2: if they got the same details (username/forumname) to contact account management, maybe they can solve the problem.

    Gl in fixing this prob.

    Default Update

I did contact tech support and I have to say they were very fast at responding. It did have to do with using a beta account on a live client so I too had to create a second account to use for full game. Kind of a pain but oh well.
