    Hello.

    I recently bought VIP members for 3 months for the first time and I saw it was reoccurring membership and I wanted to cancel it in case I forget and I read it will stay active til the next bill date, and if it is telling me something else then it isn't clear. I did it straight away as I purchased the 3 months. I signed onto DDO and played it for an hour or so then it crashed and I signed back on to see I am Premium. I sent a email ticket to support I believe but it will take a maximum of 2 business days... Has the purchase gone through? Will you re-active my subscription and take the payment but not let it renew itself? Or can I get a refund at all... I would like to know what happens please, this depends on me playing again at all. Thanks

    Edit: I thought I'd try to "re-activate" my subscription by going through the same procedures as it tells while you are purchasing. If I end up having to pay for both... Can you at least give me the first I was meant to get(which is 3 months) as well... As it was not meant to cancel my current membership which I just had bought... So I would have 6 months.

    Our system does have delayed billing. If you cancel the subscription before it has time to process the payment, the system will see the cancellation first and return you to free Premium access without charging you.

    If you want to set the current VIP time to end at the next billing date, you will want to give about 24 hours for the charge to be processed. Once the charge is processed, if you cancel your subscription plan, on the next billing date you will become a free Premium player instead of automatically renewing your VIP subscription plan.

    So, I would go ahead and reinstate your VIP subscription plan. Just give it 24 hours for the payment to process, then cancel it if you wish.
