Ok, so lets say I have the Archmagi set on (5% chance to do an extra .5 on crits) and a green blade equiped (9% chance to do .25 extra damage)... Which is applied?
Warning : IF you say higher. WHAT is higher? a better chance to do less crit damage, or a worse chance to do bigger crit damage? The answer of "higher" Does not really help.
