ornament dagger in the right hand - doubts, fears..

I discovered something of very wieerd...

to have the full potentials of the ornament dagger it must be equipped in the right hand.
off hand i have 50% less of damage on single spell hit.

i found this on testing my self on my sorc lvl20

can someone confirm that ?
is that a know issue ?

Are you talking about the epic ornamented dagger from crystal cove? I've got one, but haven't noticed a difference. I'll have to look into that later today.
