uhhh... max Str (18), max Con(20).
all done
its a barb not rocket science

Basically this - max STR then CON, as with any abrbarian really.
But I would suggest you think carefully about going a Warforged for a Barbarian - the 50% Healing penalty is really painful on a class that will be constantly taking a large amount of incoming damage and whose best damage boosts cause self-damage.
It is still viable , but Dwarf and Half-Orc are almost invariably more suitable depending on whether you prefer defence or offence. Even Human has some major advantages over WF barbarians, namely the extra feat and healing amp.
WF barbs with the heal penalty isn't all that bad.
not so great early but after getting a healers friend or two under your belt along with some amp on a dragon touched docent.
on the flip side power attack and hate enhancements, great weapon aptitude along with not needing to slot proof against poision, disease immunity and energy drain immunity , fatigue immunity.

WF healing isn't a real problem after you get the Heal spell.....then you are likely overhealing them. Up to then though it is a bit of a pain. That said the DR on Norm/Hard content should be enough to offset most of that. Really though it is more badly built WF Barbs that are the problem - they should be getting Tier II of healers friend and some heal amp items asap.
Just think of a WF barbarian as a extended, maximized, empowered moving AOE, aggro magnet that has to be recast every 2 or 3 minutes. The spell ends when you run out of desire to keep feeding it SP. But be nice and tell the WF Barb he has 2 minutes left.
I have both divines and WF barbs - I love both. On my WF Barb I am always mutterning to myself who needs AOE spells - I am AOE. Double Rage, Dmg boost, frenzy, Cleave and Supreme Cleave mean I can kite mobs into a group and clean up most mobs in 3-4 swings and really only take a moderate amount of self damage and mob damage combined. Maybe 2-3 pots worth.....if you heal me I don't have to slow down. If you don't we just take longer.
gotta to kick at the darkness til it bleeds daylight - B. Cockburn
Guild Leader - Order of the Silver Dragons

The problem is that a human barbarian deals nearly the same amount of damage, and costs less SP to maintain
Get a Horc Barbarian (yeah yeah, I know, they're overdone...) and it's no contest.
It's like a 100 SP Maximized Empowered Blade Barrier vs. a 50 SP Maximized Blade Barrier vs. a 50 SP Maximized Empowered Blade barrier
That being said, roll whatever you want, just make sure that Healing Amp is a priority for you and let the healers know what your healing amp is.

Hey Devs! Let's give Warpriests and Eldritch Knights some loving, kay? :<
Having a capped WF Barb, I feel like I can add my input. The immunities are very nice and the extra con is cool, but you will have a very hard time getting solid healing amp. Doesn't mean it's impossible, though... you'll have a hard time at first (make SURE to take Healer's Friend ASAP and get a blood docet or such), but if you plan your gear well you won't notice a problem at endgame. For reference, my barb has 142.12% amp, which is decent enough to where the whiny divines won't throw things at you. :P
Sources of amp include two Healer's Friends, Blood/Fleshmaker's, eClaw set, 20% on a ToD ring, and 10% from shipbuffs.
Khyber - Arnonech/Dracnair/Rakashai/Arashtol
"That's Khyber for you - even when we're nice we are crushing dreams."
The easiest path to a decent healing amp is taking all the healer's friends which take you to 75% racial multiplier and then get a 10% and 20% healing item. That plus the ship buff gets you just over 100% You can do this with a dragontouched docent or with fleshshapers docent + tod ring with 20% healing amp.
.75 * 1.3 * 1.1 = 1.0725
You can't skimp on the healer's friends enhancements though. If you skip those and go with even better healing amp items it won't work due to the way it's calculated. For example if you don't take healer's friend and have a 10%, 20% and 30% healing amp item + ship buffs, you are still under 100%
.5 * 1.6 * 1.1 = .88
Keep in mind that regardless of your healing amp you will be rejected from epics sometimes simply because you are a warforged barbarian. You may also get blamed when healer runs out of sp. I've seen both happen, so it's important to run with a group of people that know you when choosing a build like this.
