Bard fascinate DC keep changing (?)

Hi,

Maybe it is a silly question but how do you know the fascinate of a Bard?
I ask this because everytime i see the popup with the fascinate description it shows different save (will) value everytime.
I get values ranging from 55 to 77.

Any help?

You can effectively choose your roll. Fascinate is so underrated.
