When I try to reincarnate but I cannot. It says that I cannot true reincarnate since it says "This character currently has enough xp to advance one or more levels. You must reenter the game and level up at class trainer before you can reincarnate"

The twist here is that I am at max XP 1.900.000 and I am at max lvl. See screenshot . So the problem should not arrise, though it does.

I found one other who had the same problem, or atleast similar on the forums.

I have submittet tickets in-game and the response I got was that it was an unknown bug, and should report it. So I did. And now I write here to get some kind of info or feedback.

What the heck should I do?
Been trying to reset quests, retrain enhancements (did it reset them and just choose at random to get it over. So now my toon is gimped for another 2,5 days)

I have paid money for the wooden heart (yea I know I can grind for it, but don't have the time) and for a tome of greater learning that is on this character which I got with the expansion. So I would very much so appreciate a solution or my money back.
