It bothers me that while some races, mainly drow, elves and dwarves, get racial weapon enhancements, all they get is some pricy to-hit and damage bonuses. Let's give them each a combat enhancement that can be used with their racial weapons and is purchased with AP!

Drow: Improved Feint

Dwarves: Stunning Blow

Halflings: Sap (note: This would only be usable with throwing weapons)

Elves: ???? (note: Not sure. Maybe Slicing Blow with scimitars/falchions?)
