im tring my monster build has a great deal of khopesehs so i want to tr into a pure level 20 kensai fighter. I dont know what is the best race for upmost dps..human with extra feat or horc..also is the fighter past life worth taking? i ned geenral build advice all the way around

Horc is more long term damage, Helf (with rogue dilletante) is best damage in short bursts (versatility damage and fighter haste boosts). If you have Helf, its probably the best for current kensais. Human has lower damage than Helf, and the extra feat doesnt matter much as fighters have plenty.

Fighter past life is more interesting for stalwart tanks, they want the extra AC and the intimidate. A Kensai will have no attack bonus problems, and wont be interested in AC and intimi as much, since its a DPS build and not a tank build.

edit: general all-around build advice: as pure kensai, go for tactics! stunning blow, improved trip, improved sunder, get that spare hand and maybe even an alchemical air khopesh and an epic deneith heavy chain. You got the feats and the kensai bonuses, use them! Horc has a slight advantage here, up to +2 dcs because of higher STR.

Half elf gives you access to the human versatility enhancements, which come with damage boost. You can use damage boost and fighter haste boost at the same time for +25% attack speed and +25% damage. This is greater than the +4 strength and +3 PA damage provided by half orc, although once you run out of haste/damage boosts half orc will be doing more damage and will eventually average higher dps.

The reason to go half elf over human is that half elf also gives you access to rogue dilly, which can provide 3d6 sneak attack damage to every attack.

So helf if i want burst damage which is what im use to with my monster buold or horc for sustained damage. for helf how should my srarting stats look. 14 dex(already have a 3 plus dex tome) and max con and strength?

horc TWF: +5 damage -1 attack

helf TWF: +3d6 sneak attack damage +25% damage from versatility boost

on a THF char or a barb without haste boosts, horc looks a bit better, but for TWF fighter, Helf is best at the moment. You even get some healing amp, which also helps melee chars.

about ugly half elves:

-chose a hairstyle that covers the face
-/showhelmet on

edit: to answer your question:
14 dex, 18 str, remaining points in con looks fine.
