slot for greensteel con item?

looking for advice on where to best slot GS con item on my pure arti warforged. this is my first arti and I don't have alot of high end gear on him yet. currently lvl 18 and sitting at 300 hp unbuffed. leaning toward boots but not sure any suggestions would be appreciated

Unless you plan to use epic envenomed cloak, cloak is one of the best slots for greensteel stuff on artificers.

Neck is reserved for torc.
Bracers are reserved for windhowler bracer
Boots are for cannith boots of propulsion (also, anchoring. You don't want to be out of HP against Horoth)
Gloves/Googles can hold tinker's set (+6 int/dex, sneak +5, true seeing)
Head always is a good slot for Minos (Heavy fort, +20 hp), unless you have a lot of blue/green slots to put those 2 bonuses.
You still have to slot Con +6, and Greater False Life. An Amrath belt is a good call for it.

So, this leaves you with only the cloak slot open for Shroud HP.

I do have a couple of slotted items, but an Arti can easily solo challenges to make and slot them.

I do use boots of propulsion. Irony is I have zippy interest in Horoth, don't see myself using those sets at all.

I have currently both Epic challenge rings, Unlocked Tinker set for gloves and goggles, use Mabar Cloak on cloak slot, Windhowler bracer, neck reserved for torc.
