Default Cant prog all buttons on Logitech G700

    Hello,

I just purchased a new Logitech G700 gaming mouse. I bought it mainly for the perfect fit to my hand and the DPI, so the side buttons are a bonus. There are 4 programmable side thumb buttons on the mouse. I seem to be able to only program 2 of them with DDO. All the buttons functon properly when using other applications but I just cant seem to get the two 'upper' thumb buttons to take. Any ideas? Is it the game or the mouse software? Ive heard plenty other people talk about programming up to 8-10 buttons on their mouse. thx

Its not how you play the game but if you're gonna play the game to win!

Most people use the driver software to fake the keyboard presses, not DDO.

Default Im sure thats an easy way but...

It seems to me that DDO only recognizes 4 mouse buttons. I successfully programmed 4 buttons then when i tried the 5th, the game didnt recognize the button press. i was just wondering if I can get a confirmation on the game only seeing 4 mouse buttons so i know its not something i am doing wrong or the mouse conflicts with the game. Any input on owners of other devices appreciated. thx

    Easy way, yes.
    Best way, yes.

Learn how to do it via the logitech drivers. I run on with a g9x, and been setting different game profiles up there for a long while.

Only do the bare basics, not the special keys of the mouse, in ddo.
