Request 32 pt wizzy tank build

Title says it all looking for a PM wizzy tank build to hold aggro in hard raids and some elite raids if he can. There is some issues with armor atm with spell failer but that is easily fixed with slots but i want a heavy plate wearing PM tank.

I don't know if i should stick with S&B or go with THF and switch to S&B for some fights spell dmg would be really good if its not super but dose good dmg from firewall and the likes.

I could sit in the firewall intim the mobs and turtle up if needed. I am really surprised i haven't seen one running around as i think it would be a good mix if done right. I have all classes and races unlocked so any race that would be max potential for the build is fine.

I can get +2 tomes for each stat with no problem maybe can get +3 tomes if i get paid before the deal in the store runs out but i would like +2 tomes.

His stats really good hp and ac would be nice .

i do have epic cav plate and chimera fang right now so i can use the chimera for S&B i dont mind farming for gear needed but to get the most out of the build i will have to find a good list for items that will help both classes.

I don't understand - what does the Epic Calvary Plate give you that's worth giving up the Boon of Undeath?

The ability of a PM to grab and hold a boss's attention and survive the process doesn't have a lot of synergy with full plate...

so you would go shroud of the abbot tank in robes instead?
