Something like that for enhancement, or go Void IV line is nice. You could also go levels into str for higher DCs and high wisdom score.

Ya pretty much human is ur only option. Helf would be better no doubt, I just don't think id ever go wf on a monk (to much overlapping) so that leaves a chubby dwarf (basically meatier) or the human stacking heal amp and vers.

The actual stat start build would depend on what tomes you have. Also what gear you have. As said i'd pick up grandmaster storms which is useable if you have a ki item, which is no problem since you can farm a lv 16 one from the challenges with tokens. So your abale to generate ki while whipping attacks.

Personally I can't see to much of an increase from wind to fire with haste going to justify the con drop but eh.

Just make sure to have all your gear in order. GS clickies are by far a sheer boon to any melee. Specifically displace. (Haste you can get at 10% just by crafting a shard you buy from the ah) Then the various handwraps, and specific items like the spare hand, the ki item, all that fun stuff.
