Rolling a F2P Account into existing

My daughter wants to start playing DDO, but given her age, her interest may wane after a short while. I can sign her up for a free to play account, but I would like it to be under the unified management of all the other accounts I have if I upgrade her.

In other words, I login to my account and can manage my son's and wife's accounts under the single login.

I cannot figure out how to create or add a F2P subscription to my exisiting account, or how to migrate an existing account into mine.

Anyone know how to accomplish this?

This may help, if not I know its in the knowledge base somewhere. What I did was request a key and it was emailed to me, logged in to my account and added it.
