Would like a Mod's response on how to formally complain about a GM or SGM's service. Surely these in-game Support Team members have superiors to which they answer to. My complaint is as I feel warranted and should be investigated through the proper channels. It isn't some frivolous inventory problem or some other thing that I thought a GM/SGM should've been able to fix, but rather a community issue and for this particular SGM a work ethic problem. Many games have volunteer moderators and managers. While I'm not sure this is the case within DDO, even so volunteers should work as hard as paid employees and vice versa. I tried the "turbinesupportexperience@turbine.com" mailing option and was returned undeliverable with permanent errors. Much like every BUG REPORTING link in the forums and in-game. I just want to find the right channel to escalate my concerns.
