I have not received anything as well
purchased the day it became available
please advise
I purchased MotU and still do not have access to the beta
If you applied a friends and family beta key and had to create a new account for it, then you'll need to log into myaccount.turbine.com and create a new forum account for that newly-created account. When you log into the newly-created forum account, you should be able to see the Beta forums in that account.
For everyone else, if you are above this post you should be able to see the Beta forums. Make sure to clear your Internet cache and look for the forum link at the top of the forums.

Hmmm...
Ok, I used a friends and family key, and it shows on myaccount
When I used the key it made me create a new forum account (citizen_gkar)
The forums don't recognize the existance of the new account and my old account gets a permission error when I click on the beta forums.
Help!
[QUOTE=Cordovan;4448770]If you applied a friends and family beta key and had to create a new account for it, then you'll need to log into myaccount.turbine.com and create a new forum account for that newly-created account. The problem that seems to be around is the use of subcriptions vs creating new accounts. From an authentication problem it should not matter that you would use your main accout (from myaccount turbine) and add a subscription for the beta Underdark this is not creating a new account. But while myaccount turbine allows adding the subcription to your account (remeber without creating a new one) it does force you to make a new forums account.
So what does this mean... I am not sure since I do not work for DDO/Turbine but someone should be helping resolve the issue of authentication when you add Underdark subscription and have to create a new forum account (whether it uses your old forum username and password) DDO perhaps can verify here on that of course on the dev forum posting ... toledo you out there?
Pre-purchased, but didn't get beta invite
Pre purchased and no beta forum access, Ty.
Well if it is authentication problems then I am screwed.
I did the same thing (used a friends and family key, and it shows on myaccount), however when it made me to create new forum account i used my old forum account username and password (the same one i get automatically logged in when i am in the game) so when i use it to log into beta forums it takes me to the old forum account that i have been using for a while now. Thus i have no access to beta forums.
The funny thing is that according to myaccount, my main subscription is associated with the forum account name "simraline", (apparently i have had 2 forum accounts for a while now) and the Underdark subscription is associated with the forum account "laniza" which is my old forum account that I get logged in when i am checking forums while been in the game.
Somehow I managed to attach old account to a new subscription. So technically I don't even have new forum account for Underdark subscription to begin with! I am doomed!
Purchased the MotU expansion in mid-March, received the ticket with the goodies (XP tome, small pets, etc.), but do not have access to the beta forum. Cleared the cache and still no luck.
