I have received my email, cleared cache, logged in to account that has pre-purchase, even called customer service to make sure the pre-order was applied and linked because it was not showing up on my account all was good. But sadly still cannot get into forum.

The email I received is at work and i have no clue where to look to even SEE if I have access. Is it supposed to be at the top of the page or is there a link or a thread I can't find? Jesus, these forums are like going down the rabbit hole for a new user like me. I get so frustrated at my own ineptitude sometimes.

Also, my lamannia client says lamannia server is down. I thought it was supposed to be live today (10th) Will i have to download the client that was linked in the email or will my normal install of Lamannia work?

I have pre-purchased the Menace of the Underdark Collector's Edition and I o not have access to the beta forums. My cache was cleaned and I am still told I do not have access to the beta forums. Thank you for any help.

If you pre-purchased Menace of the Underdark and do not yet have access to the Beta forums, please post below. Before doing so, however, please make sure that you clear your Internet web browser's cache and have logged into the forum account that is tied to the game account which pre-purchased MotU. Thanks!

Yes, the email is not required for Beta access. Did you pre-purchase Menace of the Underdark and are you not able to access the Beta forums?

If they are banned on the forums then they will not have forum privileges for the beta forums.

Nope, this is for anyone who pre-purchased Menace of the Underdark, since anyone who pre-purchased the expansion has Beta access during this phase of the Beta.

BTW, did you know you also can't file a bug report if you don't have forum access? That doesn't make a lot of sense...

Oh, and I signed up with a friend key and it made me create a different forum account for beta access...that seems odd.

I cleared my browser and cache and still dont have access to the forums. It also keeps saying Lamannia is closed. I purchased the collectors pack on Feb. 27 and applied it that same day.

So if I bought it tommorow (IOW When I get paid) would I get access?

Also to clarify this Beta is for MOTU stuff ONLY (ie. EPic destinies etc.) the new enhancement system and the new PrEs are not included (feel free to answer with just NDA)

Lastly I have no Lvl 20 Characters...are we still just using character copies or can we make lvl 20s to mess around with E-Destinies?
