I don't understand why I need to get sales offers from DDO to essentially get a key for a purchase. Is there a workaround for this problem? I seem to be missing something.

I don't recall, but the fact that I received marketing emails from LOTRO but not DDO makes me think that I opted out for DDO.

2) Not sure on this - I rarely opt-in on account signup, and don't see why that should be a factor affecting your delivery of something that I paid for. I think I had to visit the turbine account site to enable the weekly sales email after around a year of playing, so I've been getting it for a year or two now.
3) Yes, I checked repeatedly. I almost picked up a RSI from clicking refresh.

Sure, I already downloaded Lama and can access the beta forums, but what I want is the friends code to give to my kids.

If you cannot resend, can you set up an alternative method for each beta-accessible account to obtain a friends code, perhaps via myaccount.turbine.com? You managed to send an me email confirming my purchase, and the friends code is something that others received as part of purchasing that same product.

2. No but I did opt to get receipts for my purchases which is what I consider this to be.

4. Only receipts. I have since changed my settings since it is apparent that you are using that setting for more than marketing emails.
