So Now What? (Missing Large Bounties)

1. Quit DDO in Dec. 2011
2. Saw the 'build your guild' event was on, came back in late april, created a new character (Teeheehee de Foo)
3. First life, just small bounties as my account didn't meet criteria for "new and returning" but event still gives large bounties to TRs at LVL 8. It's a bug but Cordovan says no plans to change:

4. Zerg teeheehee thru first life, buy true heart in DDO store, TR, Zerg to LVL 8 but no large bounties
5. File a help ticket right away, GM says "please submit a bug report"
6. So I submit a bug report

Spent TP on a True heart (not on sale) + Greater renown elixer (250) just before taking LVL 8 to maximize the value of the bounty but, no bounties

Now what? Is someone going to help me???

always had success with GMs but this time, it definitely feels like my issue has been cast into the void...hence this post.

If you read the whole chain, it says in there that TR won't get the 2xLarge Bounty at lvl 8, but will get it at lvls 12, 16 and two at lvl 20.

Thanks. Admit I can be lazy.

But for what it's worth, I was chatting with peeps in advise channel last night (right after it happened) and those who responded said they were getting their large bounties on their TRs at LVL 8.

If TR won't get the 2xbounties at lvl 8, that's fine. But someone should put that up in the "rules" that are on the website so everyone knows. I had to search to find this thread and only did so because I was expecting the bounties, didn't get them, asked a GM and was told to submit a bug report. I shouldn't have to do all this investigation on my own to find this.
