I've been a Premium player for a long time now and decided to go nuts yesterday and change my TR'd Artificer's surname. After all, "The Assassin" doesn't really fit an Arti. I purchased a Surname change thingy for 495TP, located it in my inventory, double-clicked and entered "d'Cannith" for my surname (She's a dragonmarked human, it only seems fit). My surname was changed, but not as I meant it. The surname changer turns every first letter of a surname into a capital and the rest into lowercase, resulting in that my character's surname is now D'cannith.
No problem, I thought. I submitted a ticket with a request to change my surname to proper case. 10 minutes later the ticket was closed by a GM. No comments, no information, no proper capitalization. Now, I'm aware this isn't exactly an end-of-the-world issue, and GM's can't solve everything, but I've paid for this item, I properly capitalized my surname, the game messed it up, and I get no feedback on this issue whatsoever.
Can someone help me out here? I'd still like to see this worked out, no matter how trivial. I've spent 495TP (for which I've paid) on this and I'd like to see it work properly. The interpreter should recognize the d' prefix in a surname anyway.
Moreover, a GM, no matter how busy (s)he is, should mention why (s)he closed a ticket without resolving anything.
Thanks for your attention~
