As far as I remember, no you cant, neither in an epic slot or in a GS.
You will need it from a set, an item or a scroll.
I bet you are thinking blindness immunity.
Sandstorm Goggles from Demon Queen Raid have TS and Blindness Immunity...this particular item often causes confusion of the two.
"Hireling" and "Hjealer"
Member of THACO on Ghallanda
Can also slot it as a tempest rune on Dragontouched armor/robe/docent.
Epic spyglass from Cove has trueseeing as well (trinket slot)
The unbound (but rare-ish) Staff of the Seer has a 1 click for 8 minutes True Seeing clickie. Only one currently in the game.
Useful to carry if you are unable to slot it anywhere, and nobody will pass TS in an eVoN6 (Djinni have Blur) or eDQ (Lailat has Displacement).
You can also craft it as a suffix onto goggles, trinket, or rune arm if you have enough crafting levels.
Tharne's goggles will give it.

Here I thought was a viable solution for my particular situation/predicament
*However!!* "This shard can not be crafted in unbound form". True seeing that is![]()
Makes me a sad panda. I've only been deconstructing stuff on only 1 toon managed to
get crafting levels up to *maybe* 20s? was only trying to hit 33 so I could craft the
masterful craftsmanship shards, sigh!
Looks like I will have to try & grind for Tharnes goggles from VoD!Any other easy to
get goggles or anything from the house c challenges that have true seeing on it?
Thanks very much for all the replies & info posted in my/the thread warms my heart
that we have such a helpful DDO community! :P!!

Note that bound shards can be passed to YOUR other toons through the bank.
Also note than BTA items will STAY BTA.
So if you craft a bound shard of Uberness with toon 1, you can pass it to toon 2, just not to your friend's toon.
And if you use said shard of Uberness in conjunction with a craftable BTA item, the resulting Item of Uberness will STILL be BTA, ready to be passed on to any of your toons and back.
One other option would be the combo of "Voice of the Master" trinket (Delera's, end reward) and "Mantle of the Worldshaper" robe (Threnal, end reward). They are ML 5 and while both are worn, give you "DM's Vision". Which works just like true seeing.

Your item options are:
- Epic Raven's Sight - goggles, rarely used except to Epic Gem of Many Facets users
- Epic and non-epic Sandstorm Glasses - goggles, and a rare-ish raid item
- Tharnes Goggles - goggles, and an excellent melee item, strongly recommended to anyone who is not tanking for the good DPS and to-hit boost
- Epic Staff of Inner Sight - 2H weapon, not applicable to a melee
- Level 16 and Epic Treasure Hunter's Spyglass - trinket, only available during events. Useful, but not a DPS booster.
- Teraza's Perfect Sight - helm, upgraded version.
- Cannith Crafting - level 79 Arcane, bound (account) only, goggles and trinket only.
- Voice of the Master and Mantle of the Worldshaper set bonus - Great while levelling, not useful at cap.
- Dragontouched Tempest Rune of Sight
- Tinker's Finesse set bonus - gloves and goggles - Not a bad choice as it grants most of what Tharnes goggles gives you plus some, and is much easier to get. Consumes two slots which can make it harder to fit in other highly desired items.
The spell is also available from scrolls (35 UMD to no-fail), or the Staff of the Seer clickie.

Not sure if this is working properly or not, but the Staff of the Seer when casted through my ranger lv 20 while equipped. I gain a lv 20 cast and 20 mins of true seeing.
