MyDDO borked - "archived" but they're right there!

I've been a VIP since the game went F2P.
I have a few dozen toons, of various levels, across most servers.
I have hit 20 once, and TR'd 30 minutes later.
I'm logged in RIGHT NOW to Khyber and I see my 7 toons!

So riddle me this Batman: What the?

I've seen that quite a bit, but it gets even better when there are 2 copies of a toon listed for you in Myddo and both of them are archived.
