    sorry but what's the use of shield: proficiency?
    u can use a tower shield anyway with a penalty of -4 to hit... but since u wont hit anything anyway...
    I would drop it and take superior shield mastery for a better DR

    Shield Mastery requires shield proficiency. Either the kind you get for free from fighter/pally/etc levels or the one you buy with a feat.

    Your quoted int modifier for your DC's is off

    at 44 int you'll have a +17 modifier

    at 46 int its a +18 modifier

    for you to have a +19 modifier you'd have to reach a 48-49 int.

    I added +1 for the House P ship buff. So you're DC's at 44 int would be:

    Necro DC @ 44 int.
    +9 spell level, heighten
    +17 int. mod
    +1 focus
    +1 greater focus
    +10 base
    +1 past life
    +1 Lich shroud
    +1 Ship Buff
    +2 Item
    43 DC

    Other Spell DC @ 44 int.
    +9 spell level, heighten
    +17 int. mod
    +10 base
    +1 past life
    +1 Lich shroud
    +1 Ship Buff
    +2 item

    House Phiarlan Entertainer Contract: Casts Phiarlan Inspiration (+1 Luck bonus to all skills, +1 morale bonus* to DCs on enchantments/illusions that you cast) *Non-stacking with spellsinger's Spellsong Trance.

    Scholar of the Twelve Contract: Casts Lore of the Twelve (+1 non-stacking* spell penetration, +1 non-stacking* DC on evocations/conjurations that you cast) *Does not stack with Spell Penetration/Focus on items.

    No one give necro DC, and i repeat Int is 48 not 44
