Error 183?

When I start up my client to play the game, it attempts to update the launcher, then it tells me the launcher will restart. After letting do so a box that says "Please Wait..." appears, then shortly after I get Error 183, which reads:
"Could not patch file "dndclient.exe", error 183: Cannot create a file when that file already exists."
Anybody know what to do? Any help would be appreciated.

So you renamed the dndclient.exe to something else, tried to launch and again got the same error?

When I renamed the client to something else the launcher could not even get as far as updating the launcher. It would just continuously retry to update the launcher.
