G. 'mark of Storm and tier1 Air savant question

I know that there is buggy interaction between the Greater Dragonmark of Storm and Air Savant, but is the bug only for tier III air savants, or does the issue exist at the first tier of Air Savant as well?

I can't answer your question, but I will say, bugged or not, G. mark of storm is ****.

3 feats just so you can use 1 spell for a minute and a half. (3 feats that a sorcerer cannot afford to waste)
10 AP so you can use it a few more times.
The spell itself hits only 1 target every 4-6 seconds, it is not a persistent AoE.

Piece of advice, stay clear of it until it is fixed.

The answer to my question is yes, any tier of Air Savant bugs the greater Dragonmark of Storm by dropping its damage to double digits. Bug report submitted.
