On my 21st completion of ToD tonight, I got an unbound +3 CON tome on my reward list. I did not know that loot bonuses applied to quest reward lists (I thought it only affected chest loot).
Posting this mostly because I've never even heard of unbound +3 tomes in end rewards before this happened to me tonight.
(Is my sig broken again? zzzzzz...)
