I'm pretty certain I've seen Dampened items on the ah before.

So either we have another stealth nerf OR we have an example of a bind on equip item changing to bta the instant it's equipped.

Pretty easy to farm the base item anyway to be honest - Good luck either way.

Well, according to the wiki there's at least one "dampened" item that isn't BTA on acquire, namely: the robe.

Also the greatclub of the scrag (BtoC on equip, but AHable in the meantime) and the shatterbow, which is unbound even once upgraded to the non dampened version.
